"This place is nice, but it has the potential to be so much more. Because of its location on the water with an amazing view, I’d love to see a good quality cafe with a baker that knows how to make good NY style bagels and other items as well as a barista that know-how to pull good shots. I can see it being a very popular place to relax and buy things for home as well."
